If you are enrolled and coming to a return visit, please bring your diary and all test products used on the study.

How long are the visits?

The number of visits and procedures are unique to each study. Your informed consent document goes into detail about the procedures done at each visit and how long the visit will take. You can also call us at 833-530-7596 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-7:00PM CST and ask.

Why didn’t I qualify for the study I came in for?

We are required to follow the client's requirements for the study, and unfortunately it meant you didn't meet their requirements. We try our best to get everyone on a study that they would qualify for. The requirements are different for every study, so if you didn't qualify for one, it doesn't mean you won't qualify for another one of our studies. We always have new studies coming up that you can qualify for.

I came in for my study and the staff told me the study filled. What does that mean?

A study filling means that we have met the required number of panelists needed for that study and cannot accept anymore. We understand your frustration when you have planned things around your appointment and you are turned away. If this happens, we always contact our panelists as soon as we are notified the study has filled. When we schedule panelists, there is always a chance that the study will fill earlier than expected, and our recruiting team reviews this during the screening process with the panelists so there are no surprises. If a study fills early, we try our best to get you onto another study that fits you best.

I was scheduled to come in for a new study but it was cancelled or rescheduled for a different day. Why does this happen?

This typically occurs when a client postpones or cancels a study.  We contact scheduled panelists as soon as we are notified.
